John Rawls
John is originally from a small town in North Louisiana and graduated from Northwestern State University. After graduation he started a career in the oil industry and married his wife Ashley in 2008. In 2015 John decided to become a Realtor. May of 2016 that the opportunity presented itself to leave the oil industry and join Ashley in Real Estate full time. Together, they have set a goal to provide the best customer service in the industry and to truly become friends with their clients. John achieved great success his first year in the business with his wife, becoming a multi-million producer and earning team of the year in 2016!
Ashley Rawls
Ashley has lived all over Texas throughout her childhood. She followed her mother's footsteps and got into the real estate business. Ashley got her licensed at only 23 years old, and has been a part of two very successful teams in Granbury. In May of 2016, John joined her and with her 14 years experience where they quickly became multi-million producers. They have had faith that this was the path for them, and with a lot of prayer, and a lot of hard work they have continued to hit their goals and can't wait to see what the future brings!
Amy Key
Amy grew up in East Texas, and graduated from Stephen F. Austin in 1999. She obtained her real estate license in 2001, and in 2004, Amy was the Top Producing Agent for the Lake Jackson office. In February 2013, she joined the Terry & Denise Miller Real Estate Agency. Amy is all about family, friends, and helping others. She loves working cows, riding horses, shooting, and cheering for her son at baseball games. If you are looking for the “KEY” to your real estate needs, Amy is your girl!
Jessica Toland
Jessica grew up in the hill country of Texas! After a short adventure in the field of nursing and the opportunity to stay at home to raise her kids, Jessica earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2015 and then in 2017 decided to become a real estate agent. Joining the Rawls Team and Miller Homes Group was an easy choice for Jessica because she knew she would be surrounded by people with the same passion for putting the client first and working hard to meet and exceed large goals. So whether she needs to put on her rubber boots for a dirty investment property, work boots for a ranch, or heels for the mansion, Jessica will be there.
